Returns and complaints

  1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. The returned product should be complete, unchanged, in the original packaging, without signs of use, along with documentation, instructions and warranty, if any. You must also attach a withdrawal form and proof of purchase.
  2. Returned products should be delivered to the following address: Kamil Kaczmarkiewicz, Okrzei 6/23 Streer, 85-317 Bydgoszcz. The store does not bear the costs of transporting the returned product (part) and is not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. The store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
  3. If we do not note any contraindications, the refund will be made to the attached account number within 14 days of checking the returned goods. If the return of a product is rejected (due to damage to the product or traces of use), we will inform you by e-mail to the address provided that we do not accept the return of the product.

  4. In order to submit a complaint, the complained product should be sent to the Store along with the proof of purchase and the return form. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. The buyer can also deliver the advertised product directly to the company. Returns and complaints do not apply to products purchased on promotion or modified models, e.g. change of height, etc. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of product delivery.
